Little Miss Sunshine Closing Night – Encore Dinner Experience

This Sunday, The Aurora Fox Theater says goodbye to their production of Little Miss Sunshine and we’re celebrating closing night with an amazing 3-course meal after the show.

Please join us for this one-of-a-kind culinary encore with select members of the cast and crew at the healing kitchen: the Closing Night Dinner Experience on Sunday, June 29 at 5:15 p.m.

Our very own Chef Bella B presents a themed, diner-style dinner inspired by the show’s unforgettable characters. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to reflect their unique personalities and stories from Olive’s playful charm to Grandpa’s bold spirit.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Course 1 – Starters
Olive’s Minivan Wedge
Mini wedge salad bites with cherry tomatoes, bacon, ranch drizzle & crispy onions -simple and sweet, like Olive herself.

Shrimp Cocktail “Martini”
Classic chilled shrimp cocktail – refined and timeless – served diner-style.

Dwyane’s Tot Stack
Seemily dry on the outside, these sweet potato tots have an unexpected explosion of flavor.

Course 2 – Main
The Hoovers’ Blue Plate Duo
– Herb-crusted meatloaf with tomato glaze (Vegetarian option: Black bean loaf)
– Buttermilk fried chicken thigh with gravy
– Mashed potatoes and diner-style green beans

Course 3 – Dessert
Pageant Parade
– Mini Banana Cream Pie
– Apple Pie à la Mode
– Chocolate Fudge Sunday
